We are focused specifically on the Midwestern area (IL, WI, MI, IN, OH, KY). We are flexible on deal structure, terms and transition period, and we will move quickly and confidentially with an owner-operator towards completing the transaction. We prefer a seller who wants to retire or transition out. We are focused more on finding a good business and less on a specific industry.

Who We Are

Keith Day began his working career at the age of 14 at his local McDonald’s by working his way up to Crew Chief / Shift Manager; only taking time off to pursue his educational goals. His father was an engineer and his mother was a stay-at-home mom. Keith’s work history spans both small and large companies as both CEO and an individual contributor in diverse roles such as general manager (P&L), sales, plant operations and engineer. Keith founded Legacy Road Partners to acquire one business. Alongside Keith, a team of experienced investors and operators offers knowledge, experience and passion for operating businesses.
